Vier weken geleden heb ik o.a. heren sandalen gekocht. Binnen 3 weken zijn de sandalen kapot en niet meer te gebruiken. In antwoord op mijn reclamatie laat Zalando mij weten dat ik krijg 30% van de prijs van de sandalen terug. Gaat u maar zelfs die troep dragen Zalando.

Four weeks ago I bought men's sandals, among other things. The sandals are broken within 3 weeks and can no longer be used. In response to my complaint, Zalando informs me that I will get 30% back of the price of the sandals. You go even carry that troop Zalando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit bedrijf heeft de slechtste klantenservice ooit. Het is gewoon knap hoe Zalando er in slaagt zulke mensen in dienst te nemen. De een is nog ongeïnteresseerder en onbeschofter dan de andere.
In de begindagen van het internet wilde het nog weleens gebeuren dat een bedrijf vergat de klantenservice goed te organiseren. Nu is zoiets niet meer van deze tijd.
This company has the worst customer service ever. It's just amazing how Zalando manages to hire such people. One is even more disinterested and rude than the other.
In the early days of the internet, it sometimes happened that a company forgot to organize customer service properly. Now such a thing is no longer of this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service, de geboden oplossing is flut. Mijn pakket wordt in de brievenbus van de buren gepropt, de buren zijn waarschijnlijk op vakantie en mijn bestelling heb ik zsm nodig. De chatmedewerker Dario Rossi geeft aan dat ik opnieuw kan bestellen en mijn oude pakket retour kan doen.
Ik moet dus zelf alles opnieuw doen omdat de zalando bezorger een fout maakt. Daarnaast mag ik de eerste pakket nog even retour sturen, wat niet eens op loopafstand kan in de buurt.
Wat een aanfluiting, zeg dan gewoon dat je geen service verleent na het bestellen. 1 ster en geen zalando meer voor mij
Bad service, the solution offered is crap. My package is being crammed into the neighbors mailbox, the neighbors are probably on vacation and I need my order asap. The chat employee Dario Rossi indicates that I can order again and return my old package.
So I have to redo everything myself because the Zalando delivery person makes a mistake. In addition, I can return the first package, which is not even within walking distance in the area.
What a travesty, then just say you don't provide service after ordering. 1 star and no more Zalando for me

In total I ordered twice from them so far. Neither were the simple BLACK shoes I ordered. One was an ugly she of blue instead another was bright yellow. Why is this so hard??? Never ordering from here again. This is ridiculous.
