Absolutes Fachpersonal, immer sehr freundlich und eine große Auswahl an modernen Brillen. Beide motivierten Chefs??sind immer wohwollend bemüht den Kunden glücklich zu stellen. Die moderne und offene Art ist einfach herrlich. Der Beat ist der Geilste?. Best optician in the universe. I bought my 5th pair of glasses there and I'm super satisfied. Absolutely skilled staff, always very friendly and a large selection of modern glasses. Both motivated bosses always try hard to make the customer happy. The modern and open way is just wonderful. The beat is the coolest?.

Juniorchef B. sieht sofort, was zu einem passt, zum Typ, zum Haar und zur Augenfarbe und hat einen Blick für moderne Fassungen. Bin jedes Mal mehr als zufrieden mit dem Service. Auch bei Reklamationen meiner Brille (etwas verbogen etc) oder der meiner Söhne (kaputt, Glas raus etc ) haben wir noch nie Probleme gehabt und wurden mehr als zuvorkommend behandelt. Weiter so ! Einziger kleiner Wunsch: Von einer Person von Anfang bis Ende bedient werden und nicht von mehreren. Wird sonst unübersichtlich . Sonst alles top! The best shop when you need new glasses. Junior boss B. immediately sees what suits you, your type, hair and eye color and has an eye for modern frames. I am more than satisfied with the service every time. Even with complaints about my glasses (a bit bent etc.) or those of my sons (broken, glass out, etc.) we have never had problems and were treated more than courteously. Keep it up ! The only small wish: to be served by one person from start to finish and not by several. Otherwise it will be confusing. Otherwise everything was great!

Die anschließende Beratung erfolgte auf eine unverwechselbar freundliche Art und Weise. Wie in den vorherigen Rezensionen bereits geschrieben, traf die Auswahl auch bei mir genau ins Schwarze. So war die passende Brille schnell gefunden. Ich hatte zudem Glück, dass meine Gläser auf Vorrat waren und ich meine Brille am nächsten Tag bereits abholen konnte. Ein rundherum perfekter Service! Die allererste, die uns die Mitarbeiterin vorgeschlagen hatte, hat mein Mann anschließend auch gekauft. Er kauft schon seit Jahrzehnten seine Brille ausschließlich bei Kaulard. Immer wieder gerne.... Responses from store took ages -even before holidays- and when they arrived actually they did not solve anything. Very disappointing experience.
