★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gut, dass es Leister gibt. Man mag es kaum glauben, aber der Großhändler ist nicht immer der billigere. Und so gut wie von Herrn Wilden wurde ich nirgends beraten.
Good that there are Leister. It's hard to believe, but the wholesaler is not always the cheaper one. And as good as Mr. Wilden I was advised nowhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann die Fa. Meister nur weiter empfehlen, uns wurde die Waschmaschine erst im Laden und dann nochmal zuhause ausführlich erklärt. Ausserdem brachte Herr Leister die Maschine noch am gleichen Tag ?
I can only recommend the company Meister, the washing machine was first explained to us in detail in the shop and then again at home. In addition, Mr. Leister brought the machine on the same day ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im März dieses Jahres war unsere erst vier Jahre alte Miele Waschmaschine defekt. Herr Leister hat zeitnah und kompetent den Fehler lokalisiert und die Steuerelektronik einschl. der erforderlichen Neuprogrammierung ausgetauscht. Dies war ärgerlich und mit Kosten verbunden sowie absolut nicht mit unseren Qualitätsansprüchen an Miele Produkte vereinbar. Jetzt im Mai trat ein erneutes Problem mit der Waschmaschine auf. A` la bonne heure, Herr Leister hat am heutigen Samstag vor den Pfingstfeiertagen erneut das Problem vor Ort gelöst. Respekt! Wir können die Firma Leister als ein kompetentes, serviceorientiertes und verlässliches Unternehmen auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
In March of this year, our Miele washing machine, which was only four years old, was defective. Mr. Leister localized the error promptly and competently and replaced the control electronics including the necessary reprogramming. This was annoying and associated with costs, and it was absolutely incompatible with our quality standards for Miele products. Now, in May, another problem with the washing machine appeared. A` la bonne heure, Mr. Leister solved the problem on site again this Saturday before the Whitsun holidays. Respect! We can definitely recommend Leister as a competent, service-oriented and reliable company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten zuvor einen ausführlichen Austausch über eine geplante Leistung, welche auch sehr gerne in Auftrag gegeben werden sollte, aber das Angebot wurde nie erstellt. Auch nach mehrmaligen Anschreiben per Mail und schließlich per Telefon nichts.
Eine Absage wäre das mindeste gewesen was man erwarten kann, sehr schade.

Elektro Leister angerufen, die innerhalb kürzester Zeit einen Elektriker vorbeigeschickt haben, der ausgesprochen freundlich und kompetent den Schaden beheben und alle offenen Fragen beantworten konnte. Toller Service und klasse Leistung von Fa. Elektro Leister! Können wir absolut weiterempfehlen!
Last weekend we had an extensive power outage in our house that we couldn't fix ourselves. I called the Elektro Leister company on Monday morning, and they sent an electrician over in a very short time who was extremely friendly and competent to repair the damage and answer all open questions. Great service and great performance from Elektro Leister! We can absolutely recommend it!
