★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professionall at all, contacting them feels like a scam. I called them about a renting offer, and they told me to e-mail them. I e-mailed them at that moment and they told me the appartment was not available anymore, altough over the phone they have mentioned otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TO ALL EXPATS: Take my advice and don't bother with Max Rentals. They provide sub-standard accommodation at ridiculous rates, and don't seem to have enough common decency to fill a teacup.
They won't hesitate for a second to threaten you with legal action for things that aren't your fault. Doesn't matter if you were homeless for a month and therefore could not de-register from the property you used to live in, they'll happily send their "legal" team to harass you, no matter how many times you explain the situation or that the gemeente agrees with you!
And I find it frankly hilarious that when you ask them what legal basis they are threatening this action with, you get no other reply than "We don't have one yet , we will get back to you"! What a joke. And don't even try to deny that you did this, because I have emails to prove it and I'm happy to share them right here.
