★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented our new apartment via Starthousing and I definitely recommend them! Very friendly and as we are expats they made everything easy for us to understand! Always available via e-mail, phone or even whatsapp to answer all our questions. Bas helped us with everything and all the necessary arrangements were dealt quickly and efficiently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just rented through Start and it was super easy, we were coming from London and Bas was great at accommodating us not being physically in the cohbcou. The entire process was digital, which isn't the case with most UK estate agents, and generally painless :) We will use them again.

We are just moving from Germany to Rotterdam and Bas really helped us out much. We had some really bad experiences with other real Estate Companies, and without Bas I think we would not get an apartment in Rotterdam...
He takes care of everything, always keeps in touch (also WhatsApp), he is reliable and trustworthy. He is also really funny :)

Before this we had one bad experience with a different company but with Bas and StartHousing it was quickly forgotten and we are now settled and very happy.
