Absoluut geen klantvriendelijkheid. Weggegooid geld dus. Genoeg andere goede tegelwinkels met een goede klantenservice. Hier niks kopen?? Terrible service!! Ordered 'Uni white' tiles, but these are beige/sand yellow. One employee 'Asmara' says they can't help. Absolutely no customer service. So wasted money. Enough other good tile shops with good customer service. Don't buy anything here

Een hele mooie zaak en vriendelijk personeel. Very satisfied, we quickly needed a new shower cabin and more than succeeded at Maxaro. Delivered the next day. A very nice place and friendly staff.

Retourneren van overtollige pakketten kan niet bij de vestiging in de buurt, waardoor je 20 euro van je retourbedrag af kan halen voor verzending. Je moet echt achter je geld aan gaan, na 2 maanden nog niets terug. De tegels zelf zijn wel mooi, dat is t belangrijkst Beautiful tiles, order is not delivered over the threshold as promised. Excess packages cannot be returned at the location nearby, so you can deduct 20 euros from your return amount for shipping. You really have to go after your money, after 2 months nothing back. The tiles themselves are beautiful, that's the most important

Worth to visit only if looking for a bathtub or tsp. Lots of empty arrangments. So if youre looking for smart and modern bathroom you should visit other place. Personally i think Sanidirect and x2o are the Best.
