The only thing is they only deliver to the ground floor (but they do mentioned this on the website and through email)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to get some ideas and explore possibilities for a new bathroom. We were received with some coffee to explain our wishes and then spent around 3 or 4 hours moving and matching all the different parts that make up a bathroom.
The sales woman helping us gave us all the time we needed to look at the various options and helped with useful information.
We left with a quote well below our estimated pricing for all the stuff we needed.
All in all a very good experience and would definitely recommend a visit. The only drawback would be that they don't do installation services so we'll have to shop elsewhere to get everything fitted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The website is showing incorrect openings time. You get there thinking is opened until 20:00 but at 17:00 is closing. We were before closing time but we got told it's closed and we needed to do another 60km to go another day. I invited that there was still time and we got inside and looked the 2 items we were interested in. Suggestions: 1. update the website. 2. Give a course of manners to the personnel. Needles to say.. I have purchased somewhere else! You have lost quite some money that day.

Only feedback is that we weren't really done yet with our guided planning by one if the staff (who was very friendly, but had to rush us through the last choices because the shop was closing down)
