R	Ronja Mueller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds 2 jaar ben ik huurder van antikraak woningen van Maximus. Toen ik vorige maand mijn vorig huisje moest verlaten vanwege sloop werd ik hier goed bij geholpen. Alle medewerkers maken een professionele indruk en denken met je mee. Binnen 1 week was alles geregeld van mijn nieuw pandje en was ik verhuisd! :) Ik vind het tot nu toe altijd helemaal top en ben blij met de medewerkers van Maximus. Groeeetjes! :) I have been a tenant of Maximus anti-squat houses for 2 years. When I had to leave my previous house last month because of demolition, I was helped with this. All employees make a professional impression and think along with you. Within 1 week everything was arranged for my new building and I had moved! :) So far I always think it's great and I'm happy with the employees of Maximus. Greetings! :)

Heb je een klacht (zoals de halve tijd geen warm water omdat de boiler het niet doet) zijn ze telefonisch niet bereikbaar of lang in de wacht. Terug bel verzoek wordt bij een klacht nooit gehonoreerd. Maanden op borg terug moeten wachten. "Bezint eer ge begint" met deze verhuurder. Van ellende naar ellendiger!!! Fickle organization, which does not adhere to their own contracts and agreements. Do you have a complaint (such as no hot water half the time because the boiler does not work) they are not available by phone or have a long wait. Callback request is never honored in the event of a complaint. Have to wait months for deposit back. "Look before you begin" with this landlord. From misery to more miserable!!!

Als je een tuintje erbij hebt, zijn ze er wel streng op dat je dit bijhoudt, als je dit niet doet, of even geen tijd hebt, krijg je misschien een boos telefoontje... Tip: als je een woning zoekt, moet je even bellen. Got a nice house a few years ago, good communication. If you have a garden, they are strict that you keep it, if you don't do this, or don't have time, you might get an angry phone call... Tip: if you are looking for a home, you should call.
N	Nadia Thalen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al via diverse antikraak verenigingen gewoond, bijzondere panden voor korte en soms langere duur, soms op plekken waar ik als reguliere huurder nooit had kunnen wonen. Voorwaarden/kosten verschilden en de duur van verblijfplaats blijft natuurlijk afhankelijk van de bestemming maar hier wordt je van op de hoogte gesteld en deze situatie zul je zelf moeten accepteren... of niet. Het is telkens een risico maar het heeft mij altijd uit de brand geholpen, veel woonplezier en vrijheid gegeven. En ja, er wordt meer beroep gedaan op eigen verantwoordelijkheid en creativiteit maar als je naar het grote geheel kijkt blijft het ook gewoon een feit dat je enorm voordelig woont en mensen die dan gaan zeuren over die eenmalige 250 euro, beetje zielig. Ik had bij Maximus binnen enkele dagen een woning, was er veel aandacht voor mijn persoonlijke verhaal, werd meegedacht en was een woning snel geregeld. Alles is duidelijk uitgelegd en als ik ze sporadisch eens nodig heb wordt ik altijd even vriendelijk en behulpzaam te woord gestaan. Tevreden klant! And yes, there is more appeal to your own responsibility and creativity, but if you look at the big picture, it remains a fact that you live very cheaply and people who then start whining about that one-time 250 euros, a bit sad. I had a house with Maximus within a few days, there was a lot of attention for my personal story, there was a lot of thought and a house was quickly arranged. Everything is clearly explained and if I occasionally need them, I am always friendly and helpful. Satisfied customer!
N	Niels Brand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maximus heeft altijd goed zorg gedragen in het voorzien van mijn tijdelijke woonruimte. Afentoe moeten verhuizen hoort er nu eenmaal bij. Maximus blijft in voorziening van tijdelijke woonruimtes afhankelijk van de beschikbare stellende eigenaar. Het team zet zich in om vooruit te plannen en hiermee tijdelijke verhuurders van nieuwe woonruimte te voorzien indien contract van huidige woonruimte beëindigd gaat worden . Communicatie is duidelijk en correct, mijn ervaring met maximus is positief. Maximus has always taken good care of providing my temporary living space. Having to move every now and then is part of it. Maximus continues to provide temporary living space depending on the available owner. The team is committed to planning ahead and thus providing temporary landlords with new housing if the current housing contract is to be terminated. Communication is clear and correct, my experience with Maximus is positive.
R	Roger Urlings on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb een half jaar via Maximus mogen 'huren'. Als je een klein beetje klust, kun je leuk en goedkoop wonen. Jammer dat het van zo een korte duur was. I was allowed to 'rent' through Maximus for six months. If you do a little bit of work, you can live nice and cheap. Too bad it was so short lived.
