★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oplichter.. Few months ago we planned a visit in an appartment for me and my partner. I had contact we the landlord via email, where i had information about the price, which it was 700€ rent 700€ borg.(1.400€) We arrive there and we see the Place ( very very very small for 2 people) and a person was still living there, so they couldn't even find the key of the bedrooms because the guy had it with him!!!!! Not only, after that the owner said that only because we are in 2 the price is double, and he said 1.900€!!!! FOR WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont suggest this company!!! SCAMMERS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This estate agent is a desaster. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. They were supposed to find an appartment for our daughter and her friend in Leeuwarden. We paid the registration fee and they actually made an appointment for a viewing. Our daughter's friend showed up punctually but the estate agent did not. After finally managing to contact someone at their office they told us that the estate agent had suddenly fallen sick and gone home without bothering to call our daughter's friend to cancel the appointment. After a couple of days they told us that they are not able to find an appartment for our daughter and that was that. We never got the registeation fee back either. Do not contact this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cousin and I were looking for a house together but due to the agent who lacked knowledge of the rental properties offered by the company we could not find a house together. This is to blame on the agent because we asked about a 3-4 bedrooms house we saw online and he emailed me back and said it only has 2 bedrooms. A couple of days later after I found a place for myself, I return to see the 2 bedrooms for my cousin and it turn out to be a 4 bedrooms but at the time the price was too high for just her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly I cannot leave 0 star review, but for whats worth, I am going to review my experience with Maxx Leeuwarden, previously known as Holland Housing BV. I rent through this agency for two long years and throughout the two years the experience was just horrible, they did not mediate between the landlord and the tenants, problems in the house never been followed up, there are multiple things that are broken when we moved in and they ignored it, and if you keep inquiring they will just ignore your calls, ignore your emails completely. They are manipulative, be very careful, and at the end of the day we have 1000 Euros deposit which they did not return up till this day.. Avoid this agency at all cost, worst customer service and very rude agents. Maxx, if you are reading this, how can you sleep at night doing business like this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommending this agency, I have been renting this place with another agency and then the landlord changed the agency to this one. I had problems after problems. Hard to reach when you need them, but they will contact back you as soon as they need something from you. Also, they did not want to refund my deposit, until I wanted to contact the authorities. Stay away if you have some decency please! Minus 5 stars honestly
