★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the absolute worst salon I have ever been to. The stylist completely uninterested in what I was saying, he did not even have the patience to hear what I wanted for my hair. He was on the phone the whole time he was cutting my hair. He did not dry it completely and when I said that it is still wet, he rolled his eyes. It was horrible, please do not make the mistake of going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hair has always been strong and healthy. I went to do a treatment and the product they used made some of my hair fall out. It's not full as it used to be and it's very dry. This is the second time that I go, first time it was only for cutting, but both times I was quite disappointment.

But I will start by saying that I never in my life had have such bad experience with a hairdresser.
I went with a friend to manzinho, she convinced me that my hair was horrible.
I had full curly hair and I was doubting to letting my hair go Silver.
It all started when the hairdresser made remarks that my hair was to kinky and dry and we needed to treath the hair.
I thought that it was just a treatment, but come to find out it was a chemical treatment (so called sillicone).
Also they made remarks that my hair was to grey and i looked old.
I was really confused and everything went really fast.
Now my fully curly afro hair has turned into to few straws of hair without any body or volume nore curls.
My scalp has burning spots and wounds.
I called him to say so and he sayed that it was my fault that I scratch to much.
When I went to pay, he charged 200 euros for everything in shock I payed and I just wanted to cry!
For now I have to find the strength to cut allll my hair off and let it grow from scratch.
I regret going but its my own responsability, communication was no where to be found.
Please inform well before sitting in his chair!
