★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Bart two years ago and my hair is still not fully recovered, he completely burned off my hair. It is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a hairdresser. The mistake he made was for me not the problem, but when I later tried to contact him he ignored me until I said I would otherwise claim damages. He invited me to the salon, pointed at a big building across the street and told me, this is a law firm, they are all my clients don't think you can do anything to me. He threatened me and never acknowledged his mistake, he told me the bald spots were normal and the breakage was because of me brushing my hair.
