F	Fawaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dinsdag 27 oktober bestelling geplaatst; onderhand is het 8 dagen later en heb ik nog niks ontvangen, ook PostNL heeft het pakketje nog niet ontvangen volgens de track en trace. Klantenservice is niet tussen te komen en op mijn mails wordt ook niet gereageerd... Wat kan ik nu nog anders doen? Moet ik naar breda rijden op m'n bestelling zelf op te halen? Order placed Tuesday October 27; by now it is 8 days later and I have not received anything yet, PostNL has not yet received the package according to track and trace. Customer service cannot be intervened and my e-mails are not responded to ... What else can I do now? Do I have to drive to Breda to pick up my order myself?

Ik heb hiervoor meteen gebeld en er werd meteen een nieuwe (goede) smaak opgestuurd, dit werd allemaal gratis gedaan! Echt top Mooke! What a great service! I can order some fatburner jars. Unfortunately I got a wrong taste. I immediately called for this and a new (good) flavor was immediately sent, this was all done for free! Really great Mooke!
J	J. J. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorige week bestelling geplaatst en naar een afhaalpunt laten versturen. Om onbekende reden is het pakket geweigerd terwijl ik hier wel vaker spullen naartoe laat komen. Vervolgens contact opgenomen met klantenservice en contact gehad met Nadia. Ik moest nogmaals de verzendkosten betalen en dan zou het pas opnieuw verstuurd worden. Vind ik al jammer voor zo'n groot bedrijf, maargoed toch gedaan. Vervolgens betaalbewijs verstuurd wordt er gewoon niet meer gereageerd!!!! Heb nog steeds geen pakket, m'n bestelling betaald + 2 maal verzendkosten en krijg gewoon 0 reactie op e-mails. Vind dit zo'n enorme slechte service en ook gewoon asociaal. Hoe moeilijk is het om even op een e-mail te reageren. Voordat ik had betaald werd er meteen gereageerd, na betaling gewoon 0!!!!!! Heel jammer, maar dit is de laatste keer dat ik hier wat heb besteld. Place an order last week and have it shipped to a collection point. For an unknown reason, the package has been refused, while I often send things here. Then contacted customer service and got in touch with Nadia. I had to pay the shipping costs again and then it would be sent again. I think it's a shame for such a large company, but well done. Subsequently sent proof of payment, there is simply no more response !!!! Still have no package, paid my order + 2 times shipping costs and just get 0 response to emails. Think this is such a huge bad service and just anti-social too. How difficult is it to respond to an email. Before I paid, there was an immediate response, after payment just 0 !!!!!! Very unfortunate, but this is the last time I ordered something from here.

R	Remco de Vries on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aantal producten besteld maar die vielen tegen, smaak was wel oké maar de eiwitshake was niet vol van smaak en bepaalt niet vullend. De fatburner smaakt zoet maar werkt totaal niet, dit is echt een miskoop. Jammer is dat geen van de producenten op de test sites staan en de kwaliteit dus nog niet getest is of openbaar staat. De fabrikant XXL komt altijd nog het best uit de test en is een stuk goedkoper. Ordered a number of products but they were disappointing, taste was okay but the protein shake was not full of flavor and not filling. The fat burner tastes sweet but does not work at all, this is really a bad buy. It is a pity that none of the producers are on the test sites and the quality has not yet been tested or is publicly available. The manufacturer XXL always comes out on top in the test and is a lot cheaper.

Wel 2 keer contact gehad en alles werd geregeld heb ook nog geen track en trace gekregen wat je normaal de zelfde dag al krijg. Ordered before half past eight on 6 October. Still not in. Had contact twice and everything was arranged, I have not yet received a track and trace which you normally get the same day.
