Voorkom dat je fiets gestolen wordt, en zet 'm altijd goed op slot. Al onze fietsen worden geleverd met ingebouwde dubbele sloten, en onze e-bikes hebben daarbovenop nog een slot voor de accu. Als hij toch gestolen wordt (of je raakt 'm kwijt) terwijl hij met 2 sloten op slot staat, betaal je een toeslag, afhankelijk van het type fiets. Maar relax, als je fiets onverhoopt toch gestolen wordt, helpen we je om aangifte te doen bij de politie en zorgen we dat je direct een nieuwe Swapfiets krijgt, zodat je binnen de kortst mogelijke tijd weer de weg op kunt.

When I gave the bike to the rental company, I got an email in which I was to pay 56e! Then 5.5e! and now 7.5e. What is wrong with you? I don't have a bike for a few weeks! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
