β β β β β It is obvious that the staff have a hard time keeping this place clean. The tables and floor were really dirty. Probably due to the big flow of people coming and going. It's located at a very busy spot.

β β β β β Miserable place. Everything is dirty (tables, chairs, floors, etc). By far the worst McDonalds I've been into ... and I was in a lot of places. They gave us cold food. The personel is bored an lacks the "McDonalds" training. Go around, there are plenty of better places to eat. Stay away!

β β β β β McDonald's is good as always, however the beach- and seaview that this one provides is amazing and unlike any Macdonald's anywhere! Definitely enjoyed sitting here with my girlfriend and will for sure come back to Scheveningen to enjoy the beach again!

β β β β β We were wainting for one cheeseburger for 15 minutes and there was no other orders. Staff was just chatting instead of doing their job. I'm not going there never again!

β β β β β By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. On entering the store it is clear that there is no member of staff on duty to organise the safe use of the kiosks. I went to a kiosk and ordered a mango and pineapple smoothie. There were numerous persons waiting in front of me and there appeared to be only five members of staff on duty. I had to wait 20 minutes for my smoothie! Numerous other customers were complaining. When I noted my order number had disappeared off the screen without being called I approached the counter and checked with a member of staff. She seemed bewildered as to where my order was. She checked through the large pile of stacked up orders behind her and found my smoothie. By this time the McDonald's was full of customers and it was very difficult to social distance. The bins were also overflowing with rubbish. I will not be surprised if there is an outbreak of covid centred around this McDonald's due to the lack of measures taken. The staff were slow, unconcerned, and uncaring. Avoid at all cost!
