★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience in drive way order, it took more than 30 min. waiting on the line, finally speak phone is working again, good ! worker finally come back to her seat for orders; however, in the drive way should go one in the right and then the left side, we keep waiting and nobody answer. Our daughter is going to be out of school, we have appointments at home, we are still in between the cars , okey we will not wait anymore in the line because nobody answers us so we drive to the payment desk and the lady refuses that we make order there saying the order must be done in the drive way………. No anymore in this mc Donald’s restaurant of Rosmalen . November 12 at 13:40 happened this incident!!!

Service standards have dropped at many McDonald's the last year. This one is probably leading the pack.
Filthy tables, errors in orders and staff that is there to get paid, but forgot where the money comes from?.. happy customers!
The food quality was lacking! Cold fries, burgers already falling apart. However the toilet was clean!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I arrived I didn't hear, I didn't service soon, when I got to where I needed to pay, I had to explain what we wanted to order. We didn't get any frities or sauce or napkins in the bag. And finally we got another burger. Very poor service. And you won't get what you order yet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's better not to come here. They always mess up your order. Always. It just depends how much. Often time it's just missing sauce or fries or the wrong drink. Check your order after you get it and you might catch it. Today my veg (the sticker on the box said it was veg) mcchicken was made with regular chicken. Hard to check that immediately.
