I would NOT recommend online purchases here as they do not honor the promised delivery time of 5-7 days.
Customer service support unable to help you and are not going the extra mile to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let’s avoid this place. 40 minutes to buy Bluetooth speaker . Nobody was helping me. Very impolitely staff. I was ready to spend 150€ but I left. This place represents the really opposite meaning of business. Never again. Please don’t go !

After reading all the negative reviews, I was a bit concerned to visit it however it is just so close to me compared to the other Media Markt stores that I decided to go. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped me with choosing the right smart phone, they took their time to explain to me everything and I got a good discount on the phone as well. So overall I am very happy. Not sure whether I was just lucky but I thought I will leave a comment as it was a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought something with “delivery tomorrow” and after 15 calls the package arrived 2 weeks later than the day I paid. Second time I tried bought and pick up in store “in 30 minutes” after 1 day I went to the store and they said they don’t have stock. I came back after 48hour and they said they don’t have personnel to gave me the package.
I don’t recommend this! No one willing to help.
