★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wonder why people are going towards Amazon. Really rude and bad staff. Straight from the school. Have no manners. Childish people who either doesn't know what they are selling or doesn't have the patience to talk. Never gonna come again. Gonna stick to online shopping. Have better deals and don't have to talk to manner less staff. Rang the bell twice and asked a person to help me out, he said no to my face. Never recommending anyone to go to mediamarkt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The well known German electronics store name MediaMarkt... This branch is also good as the others... Decently large variety of all types of electronic devices, gadgets and appliances one can think of. The staff is very friendly too and are happy to offer consultation. The store is inside the City Center shopping mall. Would definitely recommend a visit for anyone looking to buy electronic stuff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have every product for your electronic needs, Staff speaks fluent English , which is helpful if your German is not good. But they are mostly unavailable due to many customers in the shop, so you have to wait a lot for some assistance especially in the mobile section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited the stores several times, and I find the staff here quite nice compared to other usual German stores. They were glad to solve my problems, and even reached me once probably because I looked confused. The pick-up service that I've used several times is also really convenient, and one does not have to wait too long for that. One complaint might be the queue for checkout. Although there are 3 counters for that, but sometimes only 1 or 2 of them are available.
