M	Monika Nusselein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war von Oktober bis Dezember 2017 8 Wochen in Therapie und bin sehr zufrieden. Das Personal super nett und kompetent. Sowohl die Einzelgespräche als auch die Gruppen Therapien und auch PMR, Ergotherapie und der Sport und vor allem die Lehrküche waren toll... Ein ganz besonderen Lob und Dank an das ganze Therapeutenteam. Es hat mir sehr geholfen, mich weiter gebracht. Ich habe echt davon profitiert... Auch die Mitpatienten waren sehr nett.. Man hat sich ausgetauscht und Tipps gegeben, aufgefangen und einfach gut getan... Das Essen war zwar nicht das beste, aber auch nicht extrem schlecht. Aber das ist ja nicht der Grund warum man dort ist. Ich kann es nur empfehlen... I was in therapy for 8 weeks from October to December 2017 and I am very satisfied. The staff super nice and competent. Both the one-on-one discussions as well as the group therapies and also PMR, occupational therapy and sport and especially the teaching kitchen were great ... A very special praise and thanks to the whole team of therapists. It helped me a lot, got me further. I really benefited from it ... The fellow patients were also very nice. They exchanged ideas, gave tips, caught up and just did good ... The food was not the best, but not extremely bad either. But that's not why you're there. I highly recommend it...

Ich hatte sowohl ein super tolles Team als auch eine sehr gute Bezugstherapeutin, die mir bei einigen Problemen sehr geholfen hat. Im Allgemeinen sind die Ärzte und Therapeuten sehr nett und ich habe eine Menge mitgenommen und hoffe, dass ich das zum größten Teil auch im Alltag umsetzten werden kann. Ich möchte mich auf diesem Wege noch einmal bei dem gesamten Ärzte-Therapeutenteam bedanken und auch an die sehr netten "Küchenfeen" I was now in the median AGZ for 5 weeks and I was completely satisfied. I had a great team as well as a very good reference therapist who helped me a lot with some problems. In general, the doctors and therapists are very nice and I took a lot with me and hope that I can for the most part implement that in everyday life. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire team of doctors and therapists and also to the very nice "kitchen fairies"

Die Behandlungszeiten von 8:30 bis 12:30 haben mir sehr gut gepasst. Allerdings ist die Planung der Therapien nicht immer optimal gewesen. Das könnte noch besser werden. Manchmal hat man eine gute Stunde freie Zeit. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr fleißig und sehr freundlich, es herrscht positive entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Ärzte sind leider doch oft zeittechnisch überlastet. Aber man bekommt seine Möglichkeit für ein Gespräch. Insgesamt zu empfehlen, vor allen Dingen wenn man Nachmittags noch was anderes unternehmen möchte. I visited the outpatient rehabilitation facility Median AGZ Düsseldorf as a cardio patient for 4 weeks. The treatment times from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. suited me very well. However, the planning of the therapies has not always been optimal. That could get better. Sometimes you have a good hour of free time. The employees are very hard-working and very friendly, there is a positive, relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately, the doctors are often overloaded with time. But you get the opportunity for a conversation. Overall to be recommended, especially if you want to do something else in the afternoon.
H	H S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin jetzt 5 Monate aus der Reha raus. Ich kann nur sagen alle Therapeuten sind super. Vielen Dank noch mal an Dr. Jordan und Dr. Urban-Ukic sie haben mir sehr geholfen. Und bei Herr Busch kann ich nur sagen "nicht den Zeigefinger verlegen?". Bleibt alle so wie ihr seit. Nochmal vielen lieben Dank an alle I've been out of rehab for 5 months now. I can only say that all therapists are great. Thanks again to Dr. Jordan and Dr. Urban-Ukic you helped me a lot. And with Mr Busch I can only say "don't put your index finger off". E	Ehgon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war 6 Wochen dort und wäre gerne länger geblieben, aber die KK spielt nicht mit. Habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt, alle extrem freundlich und geduldig. Ich kann diese Klinik nur weiterempfehlen. Einziger, kleiner Minuspunkt: das Essen ist wirklich nicht gut. Trotzdem insgesamt 5 Sterne. Vielen Dank an alle, ihr seid wirklich ein tolles Team. I was there for 6 weeks and would have liked to have stayed longer, but the KK does not play along. I felt very comfortable there, everyone was extremely friendly and patient. I can only recommend this clinic. The only small negative point: the food is really not good. Still a total of 5 stars. Thank you everyone, you really are a great team.
J	Jutta Kellner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind eine kleine Selbsthilfegruppe die sich regelmäßig einmal die Woche zu einem netten Singkreis in den Medianräumlichkeiten traf. Leider hat man den Corona-Lookdown genutzt und uns danach den Zugang verwehrt, obwohl genügend Räumlichkeiten zur Verfügung stehen. Ich finde das unsozial und zeigt auf, dass Median nur auf Gewinn aus ist und nicht wirkliche Hilfe anbieten will. Ich bin deshalb sehr enttäuscht!!!! We are a small self-help group that met regularly once a week for a nice singing group in the median rooms. Unfortunately, the Corona lookdown was used and we were then denied access, although there are enough rooms available. I think that's anti-social and shows that Median is only out for profit and doesn't want to offer real help. I am therefore very disappointed !!!!

Ein breites Spektrum an Anwendungen, Informationsveranstaltungen und Therapiemaẞnahmen hat mir sehr gut getan. Die Grundvoraussetzung für eine erfolgreiche Zeit ist neben der kompetenten Bediensteten die eigene Motivation und die Bereitschaft, sich und seine Denkstrukturen zu hinterfragen. Ich kann die Klinik nur empfehlen. Was könnte besser sein? Die Qualität des Mittagessens hat noch Luft nach oben, ist aber offensichtlich ein Ergebnis von Kostenminimierung. Immerhin, eine Vollkost und Vegetarische Variante stehen zur Auswahl. Extrawünsche sind möglich. LG K.S. A very empathetic and warm staff in the clinic. I was there for 9 weeks and felt very well cared for. A wide range of applications, information events and therapeutic measures did me very good. The basic requirement for a successful time is, in addition to competent staff, your own motivation and the willingness to question yourself and your thinking structures. I can only recommend the clinic. What could be better? The quality of lunch still has room for improvement, but is obviously a result of minimizing costs.
