★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wegen eines Corona-Falls hat die Reparatur meines Laptops (Wasserschaden) länger gedauert als sonst, trotzdem konnte ich immer jemanden per Mail oder telefonisch erreichen. Sobald die Werkstatt offen war, konnte ich mein Gerät direkt abholen und es läuft wieder einwandfrei. Die jungen Männer haben sich die 5-Sterne verdient, ich kann mir vorstellen wie stressig die Situation für sie war. Top-Service trotz besonderer Umstände!!
Due to a Corona case, the repair of my laptop (water damage) took longer than usual, but I was always able to reach someone by email or phone. As soon as the workshop was open, I was able to pick up my device directly and it works perfectly again. The young men deserve the 5 stars, I can imagine how stressful the situation was for them. Top service despite special circumstances!!
