After more than 10 years of hiding my feet because a severe fungus infestion on all my toes, I found the right place to get rid of it without pain and in short time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esther is amaaaaaaazing! She did real wonders for my fungus toe’s. She has several tricks up her sleeve, but one of those tricks is the Pact Therapie and its out of this world. It gives amazing results, and Esther is a real professional. I spent years of looking for a solution and I finally found it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn’t care for Esther herself. She knew what she was doing, which I could appreciate, but I found her approach towards the client too negative and aggressive. She wasn’t exactly pleasant to engage with. On top of that, I found her prices quite expensive. I paid less money to visit an actual podotherapist, where I was given not only a medical pedicure but also real treatment and exercises, and was treated without any negative tone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am saddened I have to leave a review like this, however it is necessary for future customers. This is not a review of the treatment, as I did not even have the opportunity to receive any!
I waited 5 weeks to be seen by Ester, I took the afternoon off work to go to my agreed appointment, when I arrive I found the shop closed! I waited 30 minutes outside the closed building, called the phone number many times and no answer.
Unfortunately Ester seems unapologetic and has left this with "sometimes these things happen". The best she could offer me was a re-scheduled appointment 3 weeks later, after I have waited 5 weeks for the appointment SHE missed! In no fault of my own.
The lack of care for her customers need for medical attention is seriously worrying and so unprofessional to leave a client waiting for an appointment you had "forgotten to cancel", must be nice, Ester.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never left a review before but my experience with Esther was so bad that I felt obliged. She is rude, has no flexibility whatsoever and every time you try to book an appointment she doesn't even remember who you are and makes you feel like she is doing you a massive favour- although her prices are crazy. I was recommended to go by a friend, as i had one discolored finger nail. After 6 months of following her treatment and 200 euros later my finger now looks worse, and i can't face her attitude, so I gave up. In the meantime the friend who recommended I go also gave up after years of treatment (and thousands of euros) due to her attitude- as did another friend of mine. Do not do it!!!

I started the Pact therapy only a month ago and I already see a 110% improvement! Esther guides you throughout the process, and gives you honest direct advice to ensure your feet will be BETTER! Highly recommend for anyone who wants to feel more confident about their feet!
