K	Kees den Breejen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Om 14 uur een afspraak. Mevrouw bleef volhouden dat het om 13 uur was tot hun bevestiging mail tevoorschijn kwam. Jammer volgende keer beter. An appointment at 2 pm. Ms insisted it was 1 pm until their confirmation email came out. Shame better next time.
M	Michael Weetikniet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben hier geweest om mijn titerbepaling (laatste prik hepatitis c) te halen. Het eerste wat mij op viel was dat de desbetreffende medewerker met zijn poten op tafel zat bij binnenkomst. Nadat hij mij binnen had geroepen en ik het meditel boekje neer had gelegd, begon hij meteen te prikken. Ik zelf had het gevoel dat de prik die hij gegeven had niet goed was. Ik vroeg hem of dit voor de titerbepaling was, hij antwoordde als volgt '' dit was toch je laatste prik voor de titerbepaling? ''. Ik heb dus aangegeven dat het niet zo was waarna ik de titerbepaling alsnog kreeg. Volgens de medewerker kon de extra prik geen kwaad, echter wilde hij hem eerst niet afstempelen in het boekje. Op mijn verzoek heeft hij dit uiteindelijk wel gedaan. Het begin traject was ik begonnen in Amsterdam, had ik hem daar ook maar afgemaakt. Mocht ik weer iets via meditel moeten laten doen, ga ik zeker niet in Almere. I have been here to get my titration (last injection of hepatitis c). According to the employee, the extra injection could not hurt, but he did not want to stamp it in the book first. At my request, he finally did this. I had started the start process in Amsterdam, if only I had finished it there. If I have to do something via meditel again, I certainly won't go to Almere.

Omdat ik de informatie op de site van Meditel onvolledig was heb ik getracht telefonisch met hen in contact te komen. Na de automatische mededeling dat belkosten aan mij toekomen werd de verbinding verbroken. Heb het nog een aantal keren geprobeerd, maar telkens weer werd de verbinding opgeheven. Dan maar een berichtje via het op hun site aangeboden contactformulier. Nadat je je persoonsgegevens hebt verplicht hebt moeten invullen en akkoord van de cookies hebt moeten geven - Je moet ook met niet functionele cookies akkoord gaan - wordt de mail automatisch beantwoord met “Bedankt voor het invullen van het contactformulier op onze website. We hebben uw vraag in goede orde ontvangen en we zullen snel contact met u opnemen om uw vraag te beantwoorden. Wilt u alvast meer weten over Meditel? Bekijk dan onze website”. Nooit meer enige reactie gehad. Wat een slechte en frustrerende service. Inmiddels ben ik door een andere arbodienst telefonisch keurig geholpen en laat ik bij hen de verplichte medische keuring voor het groot rijbewijs uitvoeren.
