Very special such a place in the city center where everyone can just walk in if they are 'lost' for a while. Super!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor ruim 2 1/2 week terug telefonisch contact opgenomen om een afspraak te maken met een budget coach. Er zou een mail gestuurd worden naar de budget coach. De budget coach zou dan contact met mij opnemen. Afgelopen week maar weer contact opgenomen omdat we tot op dat moment niks meer gehoord hadden. Zou weer een mail gestuurd worden. Maar in de afgelopen 4 dagen weer helemaal niets gehoord. Vind dit erg slordig, onprofessioneel en erg ongemotiveerd. Van alles beloven en dan de gemaakte afspraken totaal niet nakomen. Ben wel klaar met dit bedrijf. Ga een ander bedrijf zoeken die wel de gemaakte afspraken gewoon vlot nakomt.
Contacted by phone for more than 2 1/2 weeks to make an appointment with a budget coach. An email would be sent to the budget coach. The budget coach would then contact me. Last week we contacted again because we hadn't heard anything until then. Would be sent an email again. But heard nothing at all in the past 4 days. Find this very sloppy, unprofessional and very unmotivated. Promise everything and then totally fail to keep the agreements made. Am done with this company. Look for another company that simply fulfills the agreements that have been made.
