Zeer professioneel aan de telefoon. Vriendelijk alles uitleggend. Alle soorten en maten op voorraad. Op locatie kreeg ik een vakkundig advies. Er werd alle tijd voor me genomen. Het belangrijkste vind ik wel hoe ze de kous positioneerde. Een steunkous associeerde ik met mijn grootmoeder. De adviseur (Thon), die zelf fysio is, gaf aan dat medicinale steunkousen vaak door topsporters wordt gebruikt. Met name wielrenners. Hij demonstreerde met veel geduld hoe ik de kous kon aankrijgen. Handschoentjes en hulpmiddelen verkopen ze wel, maar vond hij bij mij niet nodig. Ik was aangenaam verbaast hoe hier een retailer omgaat met zijn klant. Chapeau! Thor neemt de tijd voor zijn klanten, legt alles goed uit, is proffesioneel, vriendelijk en klantgericht. Een echte aanrader dus. My compression stockings, fitted by Thor, fit me like a glove. The edema in my lower legs has completely disappeared within a few days. I really think it is a miracle! It's a fantastic store for anyone who needs orthopedic aids. Thor takes the time for his customers, explains everything well, is professional, friendly and customer-oriented. Highly recommended.
