★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zojuist benaderd door Meltwater alsof er naar mij was doorverwezen door een collega. In werkelijkheid hadden ze mijn gegevens gewoon van LinkedIn, gaf de meltwater-werknemer uiteindelijk toe. Onoprecht en niet prettig.
Just approached by Meltwater as if it had been referred to me by a colleague. In reality, they just had my data from LinkedIn, the meltwater employee finally admitted. Injustice and not pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately we have the same experience as Ricky de Jong. A very aggressive approach from the accounts receivable department, they call you THREE times before the invoice is even due. Services are ok, except when you'd like to terminate your contract. Contact person not reachable and for a long time out of office, therefore termination received "too late" and they extend the contract without letting you know and send you the bill. Please be warned for this company: aggressive approach and it's difficult to get out.
