★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and some friends stayed a couple of nights in Zwolle for the carp fishing exhibition. Booked a table on Friday on Meneer Jan, wise since the restaurant turned out be fully booked. We enjoyed our meals at Meneer Jan. Small and nice restaurant. Intimate. Good service. Friendly staff. Great food. Especially the skate wing. Decided to dine there also the following evening. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday i enjoyed my 70th birthday dinner at this wonderful restaurant. The professionality of literaly everyone that helped me was super. I will recommend them to everyone i know. Thank you very much for the great day that i shall remember always. 5 stars is not enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there on it’s second day of business, ie, 3 Aug 2019. The restaurant performs better than we expected! The price of food is fair but the quality of food!
The toilet has provided plenty of stuff like tampons for women and air spray, which is out of our expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My meal was good but the coffee was bad. The menu cart size was too big, I could read the menu from 3 tables away, I was wondering why. The spot there and the square is lovely.
