Iedere keer duurt het erg lang voordat je je koffer hebt.
Als ik kon kiezen zou ik nooit mijn koffer aan ze geven
Very slow. Lots of mismanagement.

β β β β β Menzies grondpersoneel is bij de incheckafhandeling werkelijk dramatisch slecht!! Volledig onprofessioneel, zeer klantonvriendelijk en zelfs onfatsoenlijk. Laten mensen in de kou staan en doen geen enkele poging om iemand te helpen. Wat een schande!! Meteen ontslaan dit soort mensen. Maar gezien eerdere recensies lijkt dit eerder de gebruikelijke cultuur bij dit bedrijf.
Menzies ground staff is really dramatically bad at check-in!! Completely unprofessional, very customer unfriendly and even indecent. Leave people out in the cold and make no attempt to help anyone. What a shame!! These people are fired immediately. But given previous reviews, this seems more like the usual culture at this company.

β β β β β Horrible long time waiting for the luggage from a plane not even 20% full. There is no one around and it has been over an hour and no sight of the luggage yet.

β β β β β Extremely bad service. They were in charge of boarding an easyjet flight in the Amsterdam airport. We were suppose to travel with a 10 month old baby, because of it we've paid for a speed boarding and came 3 hours in advance. Their personnel told us to stay in the common line, I explicitly asked about the speedy boarding, but they still told to stay in the line. The Menzies personnel start calling people from the end of the line in front for other plains. When we reached the check-in gate lady told us we only have 5 min, and I need to fill in some form. In 3 minutes she simply closed the check in. When I start asking for a reason she start shouting at me. Her manager didn't help. He simply forward us to the airline support.
As a result we've missed the flight and we didn't get any refund.

β β β β β Massive disaster. Terrible service. Waited more than 2 hrs at baggage drop off desk for our EasyJet flight. For the first hour and 15 mins only 1 (!!) check in desk was open to check in 4 (!!) flights. Ground staff at the desk should take the responsibility to tell their manager they are short of hands. This is unacceptable. The disastrously slow queue and last minute panic of the check in handlers caused so much stress to passengers. Surely Menzies knows beforehand how many hold luggage they need to handle since the vast majority of passengers book their hold luggage upfront. This looks really bad on EasyJet as well. Terrible. Shame on you Menzies!! The airport was otherwise super quiet with clearly far fewer flights to manage than usual; so no excuse for shortage of staff.
