★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Unproffessional, Rude, Ignorant. Staff not wearing masks, During covid time only toiilet is outside portable type, distgusting, dirty, and NO water hot or cold, TOTALLY against government guidelines. 20-30 drivers cueing together in cold and wet to give in paperwork for hours on end, un-hygenic and un-neccasary, Totally understaffed and disorganised. As a freight "driver" we actually spend more time waiting outside with no protection from the weather for documents than we do driving.
Record wait so far: 18 hours to load! Pathetic.
Company needs to look at its own mission statement...

And no staff at the service desk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor baggage handling at Schipol. We arrived and nearly an hour went by before any indication that the bags might be unloaded. Representative said it was perfectly normal to wait 40 minutes or more. As more people began to complain, the representative disappeared.

Go with lot of patience, don't be nervous or fast in your work.
It has been waiting for long time to you, must spend there many hours 6,7,9 depending of the shift work.
There the time are stoppt ✋
Or is relative ?
Everything it's going very very slowly at them ?
