Catastrophic service. Had to wait 6 hours (!!!!!) for two tires to be changed. Had to cancel a few business appointments which cost me a lot of money. Lifelong customer but am really rethinking that part. Not acceptable...

Great dealership went there for the maintenance of my car twice and was always very well received. Very nice to receive a video report of the work done on the car. Have not seen the new premises yet but from the exterior it looks great. Comparing Mercedes dealership with the Audi in Donau I was 10 times better received at Mercedes. I definitely recommend the place.

Really bad experience. I was there and waited to have some attention from sales person (they passed me from one to another). They promised to call me back and they are still calling me.... that was at summer. Now I have contacted them again through their website. They sent me an offer in "theory". It means that I should create an account on their website to see it... but whatever I do I am unable to login after I have set a password. Something is obviously wrong. After this I gave them a negative feedback and a complain on KiyOh. KiyOh gave 2 weeks for MB to get clarification because I was too negative compared to the average... Finally they refused to register my negative feedback because I do not have an invoice or recipient that I was a customer of theirs... After I did the same explanation that I had no possibility to even see an offer I do not see why they asked for a bill unless they just wanted to refuse the shameful review. So, do not trust KiyOh numbers either... BTW: MB never tried to contact me even though I gave both my phone and email.

Really impressed about the showroom and we really like(d) Mercedes. However, we are quite disappointed about the interested of the sales persons. It was not really busy and we did not feel really welcomed in this shop. We have seen sales persons but we had the feeling they tried to avoid us. We came twice on Saturdays, same experience.

Nice glitzy showroom but my last two interactions for service have been poor. Staff seem to be trained to follow the handbook and apply the standard process rather than listen to the customer and find a solution. If it falls outside the handbook they don’t know how to respond and push the problem back to the client. Is this really what MB stands for now: premium price cars with 3rd rate service? Really disappointing.

Worst dealer I have ever been to. The sales guy acts like he is the CEO of Mercedes benz, but the show room is nice tho.

What an experience with the Mercedes Benz as well as with the staff. They have got all the collection of new models. Awesome customer service. This is where you feel the difference being an Mercedes owner and worth finding the money you spent on. Various buying options for the customers with finance and insurance under one roof. Best part is the good trade in value for your used car.
