Top bedrijf , maakt voor ons alles, stoelen laten stofferen en bankstel , ook voor onze boot kussens laten maken en laten stofferen. Geweldige service , klantvriendelijk , eerlijk en goed advies , gratis offerte wij raden iedereen aan om hier zijn stoelen of bankstel te laten maken. Ze doen ze echt ambacht werk van stofferen tot rieten stoelen en meer. TOP BEDRIJF !!!!

Onze meubels laten stofferen, heel blij met het eindresultaat

Het stoffeerwerk voldeed helaas niet aan de verwachtingen en het duurde lang. Men heeft aangeboden nu echt werk te maken van herstel/verbeteringen, wat op zich een net aanbod is. Dat wachten we even af alvorens een definitieve beoordeling te geven.

I trusted the owner, Mr Descendre, A leather Rolf Benz fateuil. I have two of them and luckily only gave him one. Mr Descendre himself advised a specific quality of stof . I wanted it in fabric this time, but good quality of fabric and the color closest to the one I had. The advised color would be “very nice” . With a “reflection” and the “end result would be perfect”: exactly as the original! He took one of the fauteuils beginning of December. Came back with such unbelievable bad work, impossible to describe with words. I will say an amateur , awful work that he himself said it was because he did it on a hurry.!!! He wanted the money before Christmas for his Christmas holiday !!! ? After new year I went good willing to his workshop. I said I did not , could not and would not accept that quality of work and thou “I choose “ (on his advise) the fabric we were on a bottleneck. He had “left overs”of leather, (laps hanging in his workshop) he would redo the work and it would be ( as compensation) with some “leather he had”. As a token of Stil trust and good willing I paid him the 50% . January, February, March! Nothing , no news, only all sort of excuses. His son, a good willing young man appeared with the fateuil. In leather this time but awfully badly done! He took photos of the othe fauteuil and promise improvement. He would “fix it”. Apparently they are not able to find the balance / right amount of filling to shape the shoulder and back of the fauteuils. Yesterday31 of March Mr Descendre himself showed up with the fauteuil. A bit better.but far from being a good refurbish fauteuil. i realized he is unable. I did not have the rest of the money in cash to pay the other 50% of the agreed amount at home. I said I would transfer per bank and he got so angry he threaten and in fact took the chair again in a shameful manner of taking it again! Not only he had the nerve to say it was perfect (it is absolutely not. It is more the work of an beginner!) Not an excuse for the shameless delay and bad work but had no consideration for a transfer and force me to leave my apartment to get him the cash given the Corona situation. I truly warn everyone. This person is not a professional and his work quality is of an amateur. Perhaps for dinner table chairs, but do not give him a good piece of furniture. The refurbishing by the way cost me 1300 euro I will never regret enough my trust in him.
