He was very receptive and helpful to all my needs and was also very attentive and responsive given the large time difference between us(purchased from NYC). He helped me pick out a beautiful tkchita and find complementing accessories for it. He was very patient and catered to all my needs. It was delivered and packaged very well. His work is truly beautiful, detailed, elegant and luxurious. I’m so happy and content to have purchased from this boutique. In Norway we don’t have any Moroccan dresses etc, I found this store in the Netherlands and they custom made a dress I chose which arrived after a little over a week and it fit so perfectly! It would be hard to even find such great dresses and customer service even in Morocco itself. I am absolutely happy with my dress, in fact I am over the moon! It is unbelievable. If you want the perfect dress, do not look anywhere else! (And I am a very picky person) so 100% satisfied!
