She helped us with every aspect in the proces of buying a house with multiple complexities (e.g. plots still needed to be split and several zoning plans restrictions). Monique (the makelaar in Amsterdam, where i ended up buying) has very good knowledge of the area and the bidding process. She was also very patiently explaining all of the procedures and took care of all the paperwork, which as an expat was very important to me. I would highly recommend.

Monique (who helped me in Amsterdam with the most recent property) was great, she provided me with very useful advise and information regarding the properties and was instrumental in the negotiation and bidding.
