★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked this store. We bought 3 products in Dec2021, out of which 1 handbag developed a tear within 3 months of use.
We went back to this store, but unfortunately didn't have the receipt of the purchase. The staff was super friendly, they tried to help us. Especially the store manager Ashwin, he checked the defect, authenticated the purchase with our bank transaction details. They finally exchanged my bag.
Great customer service, patient staff, good store. I will visit again.
