β β β β β Great service, I just wanted them to replace my macbook keyboard but they also replaced the whole "top case" of the macbook! I'm really satisfied with the result! I highly recommend it!

β β β β β I really do not recommend this company! I have bring my MacBook Pro for reparation and for an estimated (to check what is wrong with the computer )they charged me β¬60. microfix want β¬.2500 to repair my MacBook. I have take my MacBook to Apple and the estimated was for free. Apple charge for the reparation β¬1.000 cheaper than Microfix. How can be possible that microfix want to charge me β¬1.000 more expensive than Apple?

β β β β β Had my MacBook repaired here. It took about 7 working days, compared to an estimate of 5 weeks (!) at the other service in town. They keep you well updated on the status of your repair via email.

β β β β β Really a theft : i brought my macbook pro and they advised me to pay 350β¬ to change the whole topcase. I went to another store (MyCom) which changed me one single piece for 60β¬Β and the same result. And of course I had to pay MicroFix 60β¬ for the quote, so for nothing

β β β β β In December 2018 I had Microfix replace the batteries of two iphones. Since January 2020, the batteries run out within an hour and sometimes even half an hour. At random moments, the phone also fails, after which it can no longer be started.
I tried to contact microfix, but they told me they can't help me because the warranty period of one year is over. This company failed to follow the EU law which provides the consumer two years of warranty. Also according to the law of consumer rights in the Netherlands. I have the right to a good working product, which microfix also failed to do so. After calling them, Microfix has responded that they have no intention of following any of those laws, so they are not going to do anything about it. Dont go to Microfix guys!!

β β β β β Great service, very helpful! I am international student in Leiden and had problems with the RAM and hard drive of my MacBook Pro. Because I needed the laptop back urgently, they immediately took their time to look at it. They fixed the RAM for free, as there was only a problem with how it was attached. They also helped me to secure the data from my hard disk and provided me with a case, so that I could still use it as an external drive.
The staff was friendly and spoke good English!

β β β β β DONβT GO HERE! Dishonest store. Went to this store because my Macbook Pro did not start anymore. When they checked what was wrong they told me my laptop AND my charger where broken. I was planning on buying a new Macbook Air and was doing research one which one to get. Before buying a new laptop I checked one more time with the charger of a friend; what turns out? Laptop is completely fine and I only need a new charger!! Got myself a new charger and everything is solved. I feel cheated.

β β β β β I admit the elegant space and the Nice website misled me:(
I was told a quote would take Around 2 days, It took Seven (too long i believe) and over-all took two weeks (!) To repair my laptop, most of it Just waiting, could not even take it to work in the meanwhile because I kept getting uncertain answers (always blame the collega's! Good tactic!).
