The lab material was decent and multiple people with a lot of knowledge about a lot of Microsoft products were there to give support, answer other questions or just have a good chat to. The location is about 15 minutes walking from the airport.

We need help with our Microsoft Account that we paid, and all time we call the Dutch Office number waiting for a Dutch people support, they send us to Indian Call center who dont speak Dutch and even not a good English, so we cant understand them. Its impossible to contact with Dutch support and we cant solve our issue.

First floor open to all, with a Nice coffee bar at the centre, and really cool meeting rooms. Several other floors are restricted to employees or guests . 1 meeting room has a huge screen of 25m which is really Nice to do awesome keynote presentations.

I ordered windows 10 ten days ago and paid for it, but since then I haven’t received any news despite repeated calls to their customer service. No confirmation email, no explanations, the order is simply pending and nobody can’t tell me why ! I can’t even cancel the order, I can just sit and wait and keep wasting my time talking with totally incompetent and unprofessional employees. I will never use their store again and strongly encourage you to do the same. Very, very bad !

The people picking up there are friendly, but their only task is to connect and there is where it goes wrong... you either stay on the phone for 20 minutes without getting to speak to someone or you get the voice message telling you that the office is closed even when calling at business hours. Big disgrace and very disappointing for a huge MS products fan.
