0 stars would be more appropriate. As someone already said, they send invoices from an email that gets filtered by Gmail as spam. Then they send you things via post and change you extra. How difficult is it to change the email provider to not get filtered as spam?! Obviously I'm not the only one that this has happened to. It is sad to see how much some companies just simply don't care.

Awful company with terrible customer service, both via email and phone. Also they discriminate foreign people.

No reply on emails, cannot log in to the digital

Terrible company! Send a bill by email during July holiday and when I missed the email after summer holidays August I return from holiday I see my postbox with a penalty letter! The bill is just €5+ and than I have to pay extra 10 Euro penalty! I know is small bill but the didn't send by post instead of email!

worst customer service. they claim they have sent mails but nothing. then they add extremely high penalties. ask your service provider who they use. if its this company seek other service providers.

WARNING. This company sends email invoices in a way that google detects as spam. Then, they do not send reminders until they serve you an invoice including high late fees. But there is a way to fight back: I received an invoice of 160 Euros with added 20 Euros late fee. It was sent after being 25 days past payment due date (that was never communicated to me), and not having received any reminders. If this scenario resembles yours, consider not paying immediately the late fees and taking the following steps first instead: 1) Ask your care provider for _documented_ acknowledgement by you of their Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) of your care provider that cite _also_ the T&Cs of MijnAndersNota. After all, this company provides billing services to your care provider, not to you, and you probably did not even know MijnAndersNota existed. Therefore, your care provider must inform you about all the T&Cs. If that's not the case, consider challenging your care provider and MijnAndersNota on this. 2) Ask for proof that reminders were sent to, and _received_ by, you. Without it, MijnAndersNota has no evidence that they successfully delivered reminders to you. 3) Ask for a detailed calculation of the late fee. Note here that the payment terms of MijnAndersNota (see their webpage) state a charge of 0.75%/month. In my case this would have been 0.17 cents, not 20 Euros. But again, the payment details should be provided by your cere provider's T&Cs. I followed above steps and the demanded late fee was dropped immediately. Needless to say that your care provider should ensure your customer satisfaction and deal with his on your behalf, but this worked well enough. Good luck!

Even 1 star would be considered a very positive review. Extremely bad customer service by phone and email. While I was trying to explain my situation, the person will just hang up. Calling back they do not answer anymore. When calling again on another time, and instead of hanging up you do not get the chance to talk. Lady on the phone told me "It is not our problem, we have send you your invoice by post". What customer service is that? I am baffled and speechless that such nasty people work in this sector so called "customer service".
