Ik ben erg onder de indruk van het werk van Pearl. Origineel, creatief en met oog voor detail. Prachtig!

Miss Pearl is een parel met handen van goud. Alles wat ze maakt is zo uniek en prachtig... Ik heb kleding op maat laten maken bij haar. Ze heeft mij heel goed geadviseerd over welke kleuren en stijlen mij zouden staan. Ook is ze erg geduldig en levert ze haar werk pas op als je 100 procent tevreden bent.

Ik denk dat ik de eerste klant ben van Pearl. Vanaf het moment dat Pearl in Nederland kwam wonen. En ik heb zoveel mooie creaties van haar. Ook de trouwjurk van mijn schoondochter is door haar gemaakt. Mijn zoon en schoondochter wonen in Parijs. Bénédicte is twee maal naar Pearl geweest om te passen en de jurk was perfect. Ook voor mij heeft Pearl toen een jurk (+ hoedje) gemaakt . Ik mocht mijn zoon in de kerk naar het altaar geleiden. Alle Fransen ( toch modekenners) waren diep onder de indruk van de zeer mooie, bijzondere creatie. Kijk nog wel eens naar de mooie foto’s en ben Pearl dan nog steeds dankbaar. Tanya Rakhorst

After a handful of disappointing experiences in off-the-rack wedding dress shops, I walked in to your boutique with nothing but a picture of the back of a dress I liked and the dream that every girl has of looking her absolute best on her wedding day. You patiently took the time to understand my personality, style and vision for my wedding to created a dress that could not have been more perfect for me. You turned an ordinary girl in to an extraordinary bride. I’ve heard many friends talk of the anxiety they have when, months after choosing their dress, they go for the fitting. They worry about whether they will still like what they picked. I never had that experience as you involved me in each step as you made the dress. From the stunning design sketches you sent me after our initial meeting, to choosing the fabric with you, then coming in to check sizing as you made the bodice and skirt and finally being there as you attached the lace of the sleeves, placing it perfectly to suit my shape. It’s every girl’s dream to have a beautiful dress made for her, but being so involved as the dress was cut and stitched, made the experience very special. The attention to detail you paid was faultless - every inch of the lace you painstakingly cut out and sewed on to the dress, the 46 silk buttons (and their loops!), the loop to hook up the train (which held for the evening when everyone told me they always break!) and the stitches you put in to make it easy for my bridesmaids to arrange the dress perfectly - all meant that the dress looked absolutely perfect and was a delight to wear. Your skills go beyond dresses as you ensured my complete outfit was perfectly co-ordinated by decorating my shoes with the lace of the dress, made a beautiful veil to suit me and the dress and I can’t forget the adorable garter! I fell so in love with the dress that I realised I couldn’t bear to risk it being ruined when we danced in the evening. You were able to (quickly!) make another dress to beautifully complement my wedding dress, but one that gave me more freedom to dance. It was such a treat to have two such stunning dresses. You have loved making the dress as much as I loved wearing it, and I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to work with someone with such passion for their work. You are incredibly talented but always approachable and inclusive, I felt comfortable asking you questions and giving you feedback. You wanted to make a beautiful dress but i always felt your priority was making a dress that i was 100% happy with. It made it such a rewarding process for us both. I cannot recommend you more highly to any bride wanting a beautiful wedding dress. The experience is so much more memorable than buying an off-the-shelf dress, and I believe quicker. We met in January and I picked up my dress from you at the end of June, incredible! I am an ordinary girl in looks, shape and fashion sense (you don’t need to be a fashionista or model to have your wedding dress made!) but your dress made me feel a million miles from ordinary on my wedding day. Thank you Pearl, your skills and kindness know no bounds.

I reached out to Miss Pearl about an idea I had for my wedding dress. Personally I was unable to find what I wanted in the conventional dress shops. I had compiled a few images and based on our conversations and her vast experience Pearl was able to sketch the perfect dress. Not only could she advise on what works well with a certain body type, she was also able to envision the possibilities much better than I could have even tried. She has the most incredible service mentality and doesn’t stop until the dress is exactly right. She created a dress more beautiful than I could have imagined - it was absolutely stunning. She was wonderful to work with, incredibly hands on and extremely talented. I would recommend her to everyone as any dress she can make is much more stunning and intricate than anything store bought. Pearl made a beautiful ceremony dress for my daughter from photographs. What impressed me most about the process in making such a lovely dress was how important the material was. Pearl showed us several samples of materials that would make the desired effect my daughter was looking for. Because of her experience in making gala dresses and pageant dresses, she advised my daughter about how each fabric who look in certain lights and when being photographed. Pearl brings this experience and expertise to the dress-making process.

Pearl was dedicated, quick, easy to work with and kind. She made me two looks for my wedding day and both came out gorgeously. I would recommend her both to people looking to get custom-made dresses and even to those who aren't -- she will make your dress dress from just looking at a picture and work with you to make it your own!
