Een behulpzame groep en trainers die je goed begeleiden bij het leren van verschillende vechtstijlen.
Ik heb in een jaar tijd heel veel geleerd en heb beginnende jongens om me heen ook echt stappen zien maken.
Dus zoek je een gym waar geen mannetjes lopen, geen haantjes gedrag wordt getoond, iedereen met respect wordt behandeld en waar je sportief
 Great gym! I started training here 1 year ago and felt right at home.
A helpful group and trainers who guide you well in learning different fighting styles.
I have learned a lot in one year and have seen starting boys around me really take steps.
So you are looking for a gym where no males are walking, no male behavior is shown, everyone is treated with respect and where you are sporty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een hele toffe gym met hele goede ervaren trainers. De sfeer is supergoed, het is één grote familie! Verschillende trainingen op verschillende tijdstippen dat maakt het makkelijk om altijd wel de trainingen te kunnen doen.
A very nice gym with very good experienced trainers. The atmosphere is great, it is one big family! Different workouts at different times that makes it easy to always be able to do the workouts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruthless MMA is an excellent gym. The trainers are extremely competent, the atmosphere is great and it's a real "fighter's" gym while still being accessible to all skill levels.
If I were to ever base myself in Rotterdam again I'd head back here for sure.
