About Mochi - Official All Things Mochi store
The fun-loving, optimistic spirit of Mochi is embodied by founder and designer, Ayah Tabari. Originally from Palestine, she was raised between Amman and Riyadh, studied in London, and eventually settled in Dubai and Amsterdam.
Growing up in an international environment and being exposed to such a mix of cultures fuelled Ayah’s passion for artistic expression and her love of colour and exuberant prints. On her travels she developed a knack for discovering vintage treasures in unexpected places. Her love for vintage finds and her unique aesthetic sensibility came together when she launched her brand Mochi in 2013.
With every collection, Ayah celebrates her love of colour, print, tailoring, and traditional handwork. Her creations are meant to be cherished and stand the test of time.
