★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuke collectie, dat wel. Maar dan die twee zelfingenomen verkopers die liever terugblikken op een avondje doorzakken dan klanten helpen. Echt een gemiste kans, jammer voor zo'n zaak. Er kon niet eens een 'tot ziens!' van af.
Nice collection, though. But then those two self-satisfied sellers who would rather look back on an evening than help customers. Really a missed opportunity, too bad for such a case. There could not even be a "goodbye!" from.

Due to transport delays afterwork I arrived when they were closing but knowing exactly what I wanted in which size (a pair of sneakers I had tried before). It was a quick sale for them, easy. But no. They treated me as if I were about to rob the shop. The girl tried to explain kindly there was nothing they could do, that it was too late blablabla (indeed not even 18:30 all the lights were turned off already) and the guy at the cashier was looking at me in the most aggressive way basically meaning that I should leave NOW. Seriously?! If you are not willing to stay five more minutes to make a quick sale and make a customer happy then find another job. Get a customer management course, try to improve your manners. That's the thing when recruiting lazy hipsters I guess. Those people are useless.
