β β β β β this bad Score is for one certain staff named, Helen.
She is not helping, poor service, bad attitude, not familiar with their own products. few days ago i bought a jacket in the same store, another Staff,Alex, is on the other hand very helping and find me a jacket that i like very much. i am very surprised the service in the same location could be so different, Helen is certainly not qualified to work in Moncler and i dont think her service is what Moncler wants to deliver to heir customers!

β β β β β Amazing service. I went there to change a jacket I bought in another boutique and they even blocked the size I was looking for for extra 5 days, after a quick phone conversation. When I arrived in store I felt really welcome. A standout for the team working there, they really meet the brand's standards.

β β β β β We have been completely ignored. I had the intention to buy a jacket but the staff ran away or looked actively away, when you tried to talk to them. Moncler is a great brand, but this store doesnβt need to sell something. This store sucks, sorry to say that. But I will buy now elsewhere where customers are welcomed.

Had an appointment at this boutique last week, which due to Covid restrictions currently is the only way you can shop.
Although it was more difficult to make an appointment than at other stores, as I couldn't make a direct phone call with the boutique itself and was only able to reach a general number of Moncler, once I was eventually phoned back by an employee of the boutique the service over the phone and in the shop was outstanding.
Raoul helped me perfectly with advising me on the right sizes of the items that I was interested in and he made the appointment a very pleasant experience, together with the rest of staff that were all very friendly which made me feel very welcome.
It was exactly the sort of service you would expect when shopping at such a price range and it makes me look forward to shopping there again in the future and I can highly recommend visiting the boutique to anyone who values both good service and high quality products.

β β β β β Moncler Amsterdam is a small store in comparison with some others in Europe but is super busy . My husband had bought me a jacket in Rome but unfortunately it was too small . I was in Amsterdam before flying out to South Africa ( where we do not have a Moncler shop ) and I desperately needed to change the size. Raoul was so helpful in finding me my correct size despite them having very few jackets left in my size . He was very patient and made the exchange process easy . I loved dealing with him and his calm personality . I would definitely recommend this store .
