This has been a life saver for me. I had the worst dental pains and could not sleep because of it. I called this saterday, was immediately helped, and I am very happy to say that I am PAIN FREE now! I am so blessed. Thankyou Mondzorgpoli Slotervaart Hospital.

Highly recommend this emergency dentist in case your own dentist is closed in the evening and if you are an expat or tourist and need dental care. Professional staff and the dental clinic looks good ?

The worst dental clinic in Amsterdam If you have any problems with the wisdom tooth look for experts not like those who work here with an inexperienced dentist and a useless assistant. The place is not hygienic I would recommend any other place

This was by far my worst dentist experience! Please don’t waste your money here! The information they provide me for the cost of the treatment was a huge lie! I had to pay twice as much of that I have been informed at the end of the treatment and when I call them they did not take any responsibility although even the call center worker said it is too much for such treatment! Never again!

I cured a complex tooth in this clinic. A dental filling fell out, X-rays showed that the dental canals are badly treated and needed to be re-cured. I am happy that the dentist managed to do it.

I am very upset to write this review, but my experience with Mondzorg Poli is not good. I feel as I am treated by their workers as an empty place. On 21 october I had an evening appointment in Mondzorg Poly Slotervaart Amsterdam. I had sever tooth pain and used painkillers as paracetamol, ibuprophen and later - tramadol, prescribed me by my huisarts. Dentist in MondZorg poli, meneer S.F.Kilic did not see anything wrong with my tooth. And decided that this is only low sensitivity. As a treatment I got application of fluoride, which sure did not help, and had to go back home with same strong pain. I started to search another dentist who could meet me soon as possible, as far as I did not sleep few days and tramadol did not help me at all. Sure tramadol is not prescribed when you have sensitive teeth, so you can imagine the level of the pain. Later such simptoms started to appear as headaches and head convulsions on the side of the bad tooth, my face and lips lost sensitivity when toothpain was on its peak. I was lucky to find a doctor in Rotterdam, who could meet me the next morning. She opened my tooth straight away, it was diagnosed as GANGRENE PULPITUS. Three canals were cleaned and my pains dissapeared same day. In short: doctor meneer S.F. Kilic from Mondzorg Poli by any reason did not recognise “gangrene pulpitus” and called it “high sensitivity”. Maybe the roentgen apparat in this clinic is too old, or maybe the doctor is unexperienced. This my useless visit to Mondzorg Poli cost 130 euros and unbearable pain after the visit. I think it is natural that I have all rights not to pay, If in such extreme situation I did not get help. After receiving a bill - I wrote three e-mails, one by one, during few monthes, with attachments of mondsorg poli bill and a bill from the clinic, where I got help. I did many calls, explaining the situation and asking to connect me to someone, who can help. I never got the reply on these e-mails and the phone consultants every time promised me that the manager of Mondzorg Poly will contact me back. Only after I wrote a public comment in Mondzorg Poly Instagram and Facebook - in February !!! I recieved an e-mail from Petra van Wijngaarden, Praktijkmanager. She offered me to make an appointment to discuss the situation. After that the appointment was moved on another day, and than I recieved the next bill, already sent by MondzorgPoly to Incasso bureau, even without meeting with me. Today , on 4 March, when our appointment must take place - manager Petra Wijngaarden called my huzband and told, that appointment is cancelled and I MUST pay the bill, and Mondzorg Poli is not going to discuss this situation. So sure Incasso costs are included, thanks to this “quick” respond of the Manager. I find it unfair, that I must pay for the treatment, which I did not need (fluoride behandelingen) , the diagnosis was wrong, and the fact that in another clinic I was treated correct - proves it. Unfortunately after this story I got other health problems, because lost time, searching next doctor after visit to Mondzorg Poly, and helpful treatment was done well, but too late.With same success you can hire people from the street and call them “doctors”, and than order your patients to pay for the unprofessional work without any discussion, that’s how it looks. And unfortunately the experience with Mondzorg Poli is terrible also because of how they treat patients, IGNORING the e-mails and phone calls, not being able to do a dialogue with patients and work with complains. The manager Petra van Wijngaarden is very rude changing and than canceling the appointment after two weeks of waiting, thank you for incasso costen, which grew up while I was waiting your responds. Great “spoed service”!

Highly recommend this dental emergency clinic ? if you have dental problems that need urgent care ??. This was the only dental clinic in Amsterdam that could help me last Sunday. They quickly took care of the problem, took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly and they made sure I understood what was going on! If you're going to have a dental emergency, Mondzorg Poli Amsterdam is the best place to go ??
