Personeel wil je nog wel helpen maar heeft geen mogelijkheid ivm een erg klantonvriendelijke leiding. Het lijkt wel of de baas van dit bedrijf erop uit is om mensen dwars te zitten. Maar te spreken krijg je hem niet als je hierom vraagt. Ben werkelijk nog nooit zo slecht behandeld! Wat een vreselijk bedrijf...koop hier echt Nooit meer iets!!!! Guarantee to the door !!! Don't go back with your shoes if something is on, because then they won't give home. Staff still want to help you, but they have no option because of a very customer-unfriendly management. It seems as if the boss of this company is out to bother people. But you will not get to speak to him if you ask for this. Have never been treated so badly! What a horrible company ... really Never buy anything again !!!!

Nadat ik hierover belde werd er navraag gedaan bij het hoofdkantoor en kreeg ik per mail bericht; de tas kon alsnog met korting besteld worden, dit zou handmatig worden toegepast - erg fijn! Zo gedaan, vervolgens kreeg ik een aantal uren later een mail dat de betreffende tas niet meer op voorraad was; hier weer over gebeld, kreeg excuses en het bericht dat het geld meteen teruggestort zou worden. De situatie vond ik erg merkwaardig omdat ik juist die ochtend de aankoop van de tas uitgebreid met Monfrance had besproken. Ruim 24 uur later is het geld nog steeds afgeschreven en heb ik geen notificatie van terugstorting ontvangen; toen ik hierover belde werd er verteld dat dit al wel was gebeurd en dat het een aantal dagen kan duren voordat het zichtbaar werd. Wat mij betreft kan hier beter over gecommuniceerd worden; ik tast in het duister over waar mijn geld precies is, krijg geen bevestiging van terugstorting of iets. Al met al een extreem negatieve ervaring voor een nieuwe klant; meerdere fouten hebben zich opgestapeld, heb overal zelf achteraan moeten bellen en geen compensatie aangeboden gekregen of iets. Zou dit bedrijf dan ook absoluut niet aanbevelen. When I wanted to pay in the webshop, the price of the bag to be ordered suddenly changed; he went from 50% discount to 10%. After I called about this, inquiries were made at the head office and I received a message by email; the bag could still be ordered with a discount, this would be applied manually - very nice! So I did, then a few hours later I received an email that the bag in question was out of stock; called again about this, received apologies and the message that the money would be refunded immediately. I found the situation very strange because I had discussed the purchase of the bag extensively with Monfrance just that morning. More than 24 hours later, the money is still debited and I have not received a refund notification; when I called about this, it was said that this had already happened and that it may take a few days before it becomes visible. As far as I am concerned, it is better to communicate about this; I am in the dark about where exactly my money is, do not receive confirmation of a refund or anything. All in all an extremely negative experience for a new customer; multiple errors have accumulated, have had to call everywhere at the back and have not been offered compensation or anything. Would absolutely not recommend this company.
P	Patrick Leclercq on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie schoenenwinkel met de betere merken. Mooie koopjes tijdens de solden. En dit allemaal in de hippe Wolfstraat. Nice shoe store with the better brands. Great bargains during the sales. And all this in the trendy Wolfstraat.

Er is sprake van een stroef online verkoopbeleid waar je zowel bij het bestellen als retourneren flinke verzendkosten dient te betalen. Als je dezelfde schoenen elders kan krijgen dan zou ik dat zeker adviseren. Nice shoes and a nice assortment, but the service leaves much to be desired. There is a strict online sales policy where you have to pay considerable shipping costs for both ordering and returning. If you can get the same shoes elsewhere, I would definitely recommend that.

De etalages, het assortiment én de klantgerichte service dragen ertoe bij dat je partner minimaal een half uur onder de pannen is, fantastisch toch? In de tussentijd kun je zelf naar iets interessanters kijken of een pintje nemen in een van de gezellige kroegjes in de binnenstad. Dank, Monfrance! I'm not that into shopping, especially when it comes to women's fashion and shoe stores, but here they got it. The windows, the range and the customer-oriented service contribute to your partner being under the roof for at least half an hour, isn't it fantastic? In the meantime, you can watch something more interesting for yourself or have a beer in one of the cozy bars in the city center. Thanks, Monfrance!
