There is no control of how much people are inside, was too crowded and there is no supervisors
I saw a lot of kids and even parents without socks inside playing and no one take care of what is going on
The kitchen is too slow
I spent one hour waiting for a fries waiting the device to ring then i went to the kitchen asking and there was a one already there
And they just said, it is yours and the number was wrong and it was cold already and i refused to take
I really regret going there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 7th circle of hell for adults..kids love it.. service is beyond terrible.. queued 20 mins for a coffee with only 2 people in front of me..drop your kids off at that party and run!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monkey town was fun for our two children, it not too big but enough for them to run, jump and lose energy. They loved the slides which are easy for them to reach.
There is lots of place for parents to sit and relax while children are playing.
Stuff was nice and friendly.
Difinitelly will visit again.

Kids love it; plenty to do and consume energy;)
But this is my second time here, and for the second time the lines to the cafe are incredible, and the service is extremely slow.
Last time I, and many other parents ordered food (fries and what not) and had to wait for more than 40 minutes. We basically waited until the place closed. A couple of frustrated parents left without even picking up their food... You know...hungry kids sometimes can't be stopped from their tantrums especially when related to hunger.
These guys are seriously understaffed. Will post a new picture with the queue.
Beware, come here is well-fed kids and order your drink far in advance.
