About Jumpsquare Amsterdam

Nice place to enjoy jumping on the trampoline and play games. Friendly staff who will support and even join in the fun. You will get hot, but refreshments are close.

Very funny, especially for children. I was there with my toddler and he was excited.

Good to be there. Nice for playing and to waist some calories. Specifically for children.

50 people per hour in a closed room without ventilation and without requiring covid certificate or rapid test to prevent the spread of the virus. Are you kidding me? That should be mandatory from the space, even if government has softer rules. Safety should be a top priority, more than sales. Its a jump square, not a covid square.

Let me start by saying I am not someone who would usually rate this low as it seems unfair. In this instance it can’t be helped as it has exceeded my level of disappointment . I am purely rating from the perspective of a children’s birthday party. We paid over 300 euros for a disco party for 12 children, not expecting the world but what we got was this: — No table preparation or awareness of our party of 12. We had to remind them we had a party and had to ask multiple about where to sit our kids. We needed to repeatedly ask for cutlery and plates as none we provided. — no food until the party finished. All the parents were hanging around making us personally seem disorganized — staff including a manager ( how are you a manager? I wouldn’t even hire you to driver papers) who has no clue what’s going on, provide no information about food, don’t decorate any tables, provide nothing (just sit where you want) — boiling hot with no ventilation whatsoever They complained about the kitchen being renovated but quite frankly that is not my problem and we booked this months ago. Everyone has to deal with COVID and other issues but this is no excuses for one of the worst birthday party’s I have ever witnessed!

The employees are disrespectful and are not even aware of their own booking process for the kids birthday party. I did the birthday party booking one month in advance and I was spoken disrespectfully at the time of arrival. They need to educate their staff well and also how to communicate with customers or people in general. Food and activity is good for kids.
