★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like MONKI, their style & the quality of the clothes. But the customer service at Kalverstraat store in Amsterdam is just a mood killer. The sale assistants are really rude, they don't pay attention to the customers at all. The manager is as rude as the personal. All my friends who shop there, experience the same rude, indifferent attitude from the sale advisors that make us not want to shop there at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monki is one of my favorite clothing brands and in the stores I've been to during my travels I was always met with genuine kindness from the sales assistants, which I think is (supposed to be ) part of the brand's image/message.
The cashier here was the single rudest person I met during my trip to amsterdam, her behavior/attitude was really uncalled for (I was just trying to pay for my clothes and she made rude remarks about me not understanding what she said to me in Dutch (?) which shouldn't have surprised her as the store is in the middle of a very tourist area/almost everyone inside of the store was a tourist) and as I later remember she was the same person I met in the store during my stay in Amsterdam two years ago and was similarly rude/made me question whether I want to ever shop there again. I'd recommend everyone to avoid this store and order from Monkis website instead, if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time I order online. More than 14days passed since I returned one item never got my money back and when I wrote to them...no response. Not even the confirmation for having received my email. But you have and pay right away for something that comes to your house ten days later. I didn’t make you wait for my payment but you hold on to my money for 17days...??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve discovered Monki recently in Utrecht, it’s a really nice shop and the items have good quality. I’m even more impressed by their delivery system. So fast, so nicely packaged! I’ve already ordered 2 times, it took around 24h to receive the package. ? And thanks to the little description if each item regarding sizes, everything fits perfectly!
Well done, Monki! I’m a regular now and I don’t even have to go to Utrecht! ?
