★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a bad experience!! Doors were supposed to open at 11am and has been opened in delay. The shop assistant that opened, just left with a super grumpy face without welcoming or saying a word that we were allowed in! All shop assistants were just grumpy. Maybe the company should start to hire people who really enjoy the job and not only ones doing for some money. Clothes in the shop are just mixed, the only section a bit tidy was that one at 1st floor close to the cassa :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store with good prices, not as crowded as near Dam square is a big plus. Can be a challenge to get help from a store employee, and cashier lines can be slow. All employees speak English of course. Don't expect a very high quality clothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is huge and gerogous! This place offers many categories of H&M products. I went in for beauty products and I got distracted by the gerogous interior design. Also it is not crowded that so you can have a more relaxing and claiming shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and big flag store with even a section for home decorations. It's really amazing the design of the store. Elevators are pretty slow and small. So if you are with a stroller be patient
