I called the office because I had a question about the packaging of the product because I was doubting the authenticity of a product.
I had one very simply question. Does this product have more than just 1 packaging? This very annoyed lady on the phone told me very rudely that I should contact the company where I bought it.
News flash.... they don’t produce this product. Needles to say I’m very annoyed and I won’t be buying from Mont Blanc again.
Horrible customer service.
