★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in Amsterdam for a few days city break and my wife broke her reading glasses .......the screw had come out one of the sides. We popped into this shop just on the off chance as they dealt with similar things and the lovely assistant took time out to put in a new screw, cleaned them and we went on our way ! Absolutely delightful and just added to the enjoyment we had on our 4 days in the area !

She made tons of suggestions and figured out the right style for our heads - she was also not driven by the prices, because I checked on way more expensive models. We bought 2 glasses which both got personalized to our head and wearing comfort. AMAZING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible shopping experience. Rude and unfriendly staff. I bought two Tom Ford glasses, only because I needed them urgently. There is a woman working there black hair with a bun, she was so rude and unfriendly. She was also judging me and my boyfriend and not paying any attention to our questions. She was attending a 'local' couple and she asked them if they would like to try glasses in the sunlight, outside of the store. And they did as well!! When I approached her asking if we can try these in sunlight, she looked at us up and down and said, "No people usual run away with glasses, or they will take it off of your hands". What kind of disgusting partial behavior is that? Extremely rude saleswomen who just judge people who enter the shop based on looks and pass sad comments on them. I recommend Sunglasses Hut to hire a bit educated staff! Never coming back here. Its better you go to Bijenkorf.

The staff really knows the product and how to choose sunglasses based on the needs and features of the customer, at least my experience was amazing! I bought a pair of Persol and I came back to adjust a temple and the aftercare service was impeccable. Definitely recommended.
