I've never experienced such a professional and funny sales person like Mr Lou Ding Young.
My key accountant is Mrs S. Jörg and Mr Rehm from boutique Düsseldorf... While they are excellent... And I enjoy being in Montblanc Düsseldorf on a monthly basis.
Mr Young just surprised me with a different kind of approach. Love the experience.
And although I have had issues with my purchase... Mr Young was very helpful at all times.
