★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also die Mitarbeiter im Streit sind freundlich,aber wie mit Reklamationen umgegangen wird ist das letzte. Auf Mails wird gleich mal gar nicht geantwortet...nie wieder Mustang
So the employees in the dispute are friendly, but how complaints are dealt with is the last thing. E-mails are not answered at all ... never again Mustang

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time I bought my trousers here, since the quality of the products is bad and even getting worse. Three of my 7 trousers got the same problem after wearing them for a few months: The material ripped at the left back pocket without even using the pockets. On Mustang's homepage they state that you can turn in the defect trousers (if it's a material issue) and receive a new one. That's the worst lie ever. Neither the shop took them back, nor the global service answered my emails. I was not even offered a coupon or something.
2 stars, since the employees are always happy to help and very friendly.
